0:00 Speaker A: When we look at like the skills required to do your job, by 2030, they will change by 70%. Speaker B: I won't mean less work, it will mean more. Speaker B: Look at Uber. Speaker B: It didn't kill taxes. Speaker B: It doubled the use of ride services in 10 years, from 175 million rides in New York City to 300 million rides last year. Speaker B: That's what happens when something gets cheaper and easier. Speaker B: And AI is about to do that to everything. Speaker B: Economists call this Javon's paradox or the rebound effect. Speaker B: When something gets cheaper, we don't use less, we use way more.

0:25 Speaker B: Cars are the classic example. Speaker B: When fuel economy was cut in half, people didn't just pocket the savings, they started driving more. Speaker B: Electric electrical lights is even crazier. Speaker B: Moving from gas lamps to electrical bulbs should mean less energy, right? Speaker B: No. Speaker B: In the UK, lighting consumption grew by 34,000 times since 1800s. Speaker B: Cheaper lights means we're going to light everything all night. Speaker B: When ATMs were introduced, everyone said bank tellers are finished. Speaker B: But ATMs meant branches cheaper to run. Speaker B: So banks opened more of them, from 100,000 to 400,000 branches.

0:51 Speaker B: And Teller jobs still grew. Speaker B: The work stayed. Speaker B: The job, however, changed from cash handler to sales advisors. Speaker B: Now with AI, AI makes thinking and intelligence cheaper. Speaker B: Analysis, drafts, images, content. Speaker B: So that market won't want less, it will actually want more. Speaker B: Geoffrey Hinton, the godfather of AI, said. Speaker C: People should stop training radiologists now. Speaker C: It's just completely obvious that within five years, deep learning is going to do better than radiologists. Speaker B: He recently admitted he was wrong. Speaker B: The future, he said, is AI plus radiologists more efficient, more accurate.

1:19 Speaker B: And today, 76% of the FDA approved devices are AI and radiology. Speaker B: Radiologist pay has increased and there's the biggest radiologist shortage in history. Speaker B: Now not every job grows, but the pattern is clear. Speaker B: The job you have today might not exist in five years, but the work is. Speaker B: There will be more of it than ever. Speaker B: Think about it. Speaker B: How would you explain today's kid's dream job to your grandfather? Speaker B: I want to become a YouTuber, an influencer, a life coach, he would say. Speaker B: You do what? Speaker B: Every technology shift creates jobs that seem ridiculous for a generation earlier.

1:45 Speaker B: AI will be no different. Speaker B: So stop asking, will AI replace me? Speaker B: And start asking, where is AI boat to make something so cheap and accessible that the demand explodes? Speaker B: What if AI agents can make you 10x more impactful in an organization? Speaker D: And agents are also starting to scale people's impact up by 10x in some cases, so they have more time to invent more. Speaker B: LinkedIn just created a new role called Full Stack Builder. Speaker B: People who take products from an idea to actually launching it with AI. Speaker A: We call it the Full Stack Builder model.

2:11 Speaker A: The goal itself is to empower great builders to take their idea and to take it to market, regardless of their role in the stack and which team they're on. Speaker A: It's really a fluid interaction between human. Speaker B: And machine, and that job didn't exist a year ago.
